• Chocolate Choco Mousse- Vanilla sponge or chocolate cake layers deliciously flavored with Chocolate Mouse filling.  (Grand Marnier, Chambord, Tiramisu, Frangelico or Amaretto can be used to flavor the Chocolate Mouse filling.)

• Chocolate Damnation - This ultimate tower is a delight for the sophisticated chocolate lover!  Seven layers consisting of all chocolate, cheesecake, mousse, genoise and ganache.
